lol!

As soon as I made it public (after doing lots of testing), I remembered forgetting to add one thing. So I updated the DLCR_TilesTop.hak again on the vault.

I you already got version 4, please get version 4b (Date: Dec. 17th 2011).

Everything will be technically ok, if you only use version 4(a), so you can play. Though you should get it to see everything 100% right (VERY small download).

So here just a short message: Haven (+ some fun-areas) are just about ready to make it into the mod. But to get them set up a 100% (or close to it...), I'll need a bit more time. So Haven will NOT be in this upcomming weekend. Maybe the next.

Short info:
Got the mod and started to work with it. If all is well, we get the version 1.14a up this weekend.
It's mainly a technical update with bugfixes: A "Store your appearance"-tool has been added, the Herbwoman should now also be able to cure ability decreases, tweaked the "other toons getting deformed, when a player enters as a mino/hogre"-issue. Maybe I get a new area in or 2.
Haven will have to wait another week, cause the finalizing within the main mod takes a bit.

I even managed to work in 2,5 new areas! One of it is a Haven-fun area. There is no caravan to Haven ATM. Sou you have to take the long way. Smile

And, for testing, I lowered the price for the herb woman (="healer"). Even if she says 100 coins, the charge will only be 10gp. So PLEASE GET diseased, poisoned or ability decreased and TEST alot! Wink

Also did I fix 2 horse traders, which sold "special breeds", which should not be. If you find another one, please report.

Sorry, but RL kept me pretty busty! Thus, it's mainly detail work. Haven is still not in.

I edited that (DM-) area, which seems to crash the server and hope, that it will load fine now. Strange enough, that area (from 1.14a) loaded fine here at home, when used within a LAN-session and does open in the toolset without any trouble...
Well, I won't enter it, unless EStar is around to relaunche the server in the case of a crash.

One important thing is, that I raised the call of our subrace engine to 20 sec. Including the loading of the area, you will see the according messages of the subrace-system after about 10 seconds (This is for testing reasons only - I want to nail down this "entering as a Hogre/Mino messes up other players appearances"-issue -> see bugsection!).

I made pretty good progress with 1.15(a). I jammed in all my Havenareas + a few more. I broght most of them in a workable stage and I hope, that I can send it out on friday. If not, I'm heading for saturday, so that we could have this new version hopefully for the european saturday evening.

Haven is in! 20+ new areas (including interiours, of course) and some places to have adventures!
You can reach it directly from Mishakal's Realm using the "Solace-Way". ATM there is no caravan from Haven to anywhere, So you have to travel the longer ways.

I am delivering ATM, so maybe Evenstar can throw it up today... (*pleads*)

Meanwhile I am porting areas: Converting full Worms tilesets to our new special Worms set, which loads much faster (and even loads areas on old machines with less than 1 GIG of RAM, though it takes a while Wink. This will improve the gameflow, when moving through Worms areas.
I'm done with Caergoth and Tarsis. Will contine with some connecting areas.

I'm working on 1.21. It's not finished, but I thought, I give a little overview:

- Some important Worms-areas will be ported to the faster loading version (see according thread on the porting-progress: http://dlcr.forumotion.net/t175-status-on-porting-worm-tileset-areas).
- Silvanesti Elves will finally have their special starting area reachable via Mishakals Realm (and, of course, also within Ansalon).
Finally found some time to add those missing Solace areas, which will be using the additions, which came with the new (latest) top-hak.
- some "hooded beings"...
- ...

Release: I think in a week or two - depends on RL (as usual).

I continued to work on the mod. A new Darkenwood Core-area has been added using a new scenery.
Will post screens probably next week.

Solace has now 4 areas and is finished.
