To All DLCR Players and Staff, Former or Present:
DLCR NG EE staff are pleased to announce that we are currently embarking on a vast overhaul and update of the mod. Many new features, graphics upgrades and overall systems improvements have been made in recent years by the
Beamdog which has driven a surge of new interest in our beloved roleplaying benchmark game Neverwinter Nights. New players are finding the game and old players are returning in droves.
To that end we plan to roll out sweeping changes both visually and system wise. Most updates and improvements will be implemented in a short period of time, roughly two months from now, and many others will be integrated through updated DLC EE haks and the implementation of full NWsync functions for smooth file downloads through steam.
Thanks to the tireless efforts of Black Rider, Winterhawk and many many others we have a Persistent World with robust and custom haks and systems that make for an incredible roleplay experience, these things have been part of DLCR for over a decade and will not change but will only be added to with enhanced features and graphics. And, after this many years with this PW we are also happy to announce a reset to the timeline of the War of the Lance. At the time of the launch of the updated version we will begin our PW timeline at the year 343 AC, roughly five years before the events at the Inn of the Last Home which set in motion the War of the Lance.
We welcome any input and are currently seeking dms and qms. we are currently hosting the DLCR NG EE version through steam 24/7 and have limited dm support.

Some new features we plan to add for official relaunch:- New website and forums featuring more social media and video connectivity
- implementation of overhauled treasure system
- remaking of areas made with older tiles to newer tiles
- redesign of world layout to more closely reflect Krynn geography
- redressing of many tiles to implement new features
- fixes and corrections made mod wide on a variety of housecleaning fronts
- new regions including Silvanesti Lands, Thorbardin, Kendermore and Nightlund
New features to be implemented soon after official launch:- Hands fixed graphics
- creature reskins
- additional animations possibly including the ACP
- NWN EE Facelift features for existing tilesets
