Herb Woman (NPC-healer)

EgoTroll reported, that the Herb Women will not always cure diseases or poisons.

I checked the script and ATM it "only" detects "true" disease or poison. If a PC has lowered ability-scores, the script won't recognize it and thus not fire the "cure", even when it was caused by a "poison-attack".
Plus I saw, that certain convo-parts are shown, where they should not...
